We've created the Symtext Support site to make it easier for you to find answers to commonly-asked questions, to report a bug or to request a feature. There are three ways you can get support:

  1. Go to one of the Forums (listed on the right-hand side of the page) and see if your question has already been answered. This will save you (and us!) time. If you don't see your question listed, you can create a new Topic in the Forum.
  2. Click on Submit a Request at the top of the page. This sends a support request directly to someone at Symtext.
  3. Send us an email at support@symtext.zendesk.com.

We take your support requests seriously and we'll try as hard as we can to respond quickly.
